I’ve been coaching leaders worldwide for 6 years and spent over 15 years studying what drives performance, ambition and fulfilment. My approach combines depth psychology, transformational methodology, and performance science with the practical realities of leading in high-stakes environments.
I'm known for my "searing insights" and lovingly direct approach. I balance challenge with warmth and candour with laughter, while creating a space where hard truths feel safe to explore.
